Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage & Warehouses
We operate fulfillment centers across the United States, including California, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, and New Jersey.
Most orders are shipped from our US warehouses to provide faster delivery and reliable service.
Currently, we offer shipping exclusively to the following countries:
- United States (United States (Contiguous US only))
- Canada
- Mexico
Note:
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes may be limited or unavailable. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. If an order is inadvertently placed for a shipping address within our excluded zones, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

* Once the expedited shipping fee has been charged and the goods have been shipped, no refunds will be issued.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
- United States Orders: As items are shipped from our domestic US warehouses, no import duties or tariffs will apply to orders delivered within the USA. Local sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
- Canada & Mexico Orders: Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be required by local customs authorities. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
- Unpaid Duties: If a package is returned to us due to a customer's refusal to pay local customs duties, the return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from the final refund.
4. Order Tracking & Inquiries
A Tracking Number will be sent via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
You can track your order through our order tracking page or the carrier’s official tracking website.
Available carriers may include UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL depending on the destination and package requirements.
